Foundation Scholarships
Foundation Scholarships ensure our community remains one that is diverse, rich in character, and humble in its service of others less fortunate.
By making a philanthropic contribution to the Trinity Grammar School Foundation Scholarship Trust, you can help provide access to a Trinity education for those who may not otherwise have the opportunity.
Benefactors are also welcome to contact the Trinity Development Office to discuss creating new endowed named, or ambassador scholarships.
By creating a Foundation Scholarship, you can give students a life-changing experience.
Gifts which create endowments ensure that your generosity will have an impact for students in perpetuity. Endowment funds can be named to create a legacy, honour a family member, or to pay tribute to a loved one. When a gift is endowed, the corpus remains intact, and a portion of the annual return is used to cover the award given to the students.

Join with your year group cohort to make a Trinity education possible for a future student.
Thinking back to school days can bring back memories of friends made, laughter shared, and a passion for learning ignited. In the earliest years of your academic career, Trinity was the home to all of these memories.
But for many boys, a Trinity education is out of reach. These boys have the potential to thrive at Trinity and make a real difference in the world, they just need the means to do it.

At the end of 2022, the School community lost a unique and much-beloved Junior School teacher, Mr Suli Niulala (13/10/1968 to 27/11/2022), known to all in our community as Suli.
Suli had worked at Trinity for nearly sixteen years. Of Tongan heritage, he was characterised by both gentleness and strength, as well as heart-warmingly authentic Christian faith. In addition to his work in the classroom, Suli coached rugby, led Bible studies, and demonstrated an extraordinary gift of encouragement. Accompanied by his guitar, he led the boys in singing, taught them a haka, prayed with them before and after rugby matches, and he provided a powerful role model of masculinity.

The Indigenous Foundation Scholarship aims to advance Reconciliation in Australia through the power of education. At its core, the scholarship celebrates and honours the history, culture, and achievements of Australia’s First Nations peoples – in the classroom and beyond. This scholarship provides an opportunity for Indigenous students to share their heritage, stories, and perspectives with the wider school community. It is offered to a student of Indigenous background residing in Sydney, helping to foster greater understanding, respect, and connection across cultures.
