Giving Day 2026
100 Years of Memories. Honour the past. Open the future.
For generations, Trinity has been shaped by both the boys who walk its grounds and the places that form them.
Giving Day is an opportunity for our community to come together and support both.
From Thursday 18 June to Friday 19 June, we invite Old Boys, families, staff and friends of the School to take part in a shared effort to sustain what makes a Trinity education distinctive—now and into the future.
This year, our focus is clear:
We are seeking support for the regeneration of Number 1 Oval, a place central to the life of the School, and for Foundation Scholarships, which ensure access to a Trinity education is determined by potential, not circumstance.
Every gift will be matched, extending the reach and impact of your generosity.
Together, we can honour the past and open the future.
The TGS Foundation – Scholarship Trust
Means-tested Foundation Scholarships lie at the heart of the TGS Foundation’s purpose.
They ensure that a Trinity education remains accessible to capable boys whose families would otherwise be unable to meet the full cost of fees. In doing so, they sustain a School community that is diverse, rich in character, and shaped by humility, gratitude and service to others.
Each scholarship represents a partnership between a generous giver, the School and a student whose life trajectory is meaningfully changed.
The TGS Foundation – Building Trust
Through the Building Trust, we invest in the places where curiosity is sparked, character is tested, friendships are formed, and lifelong habits of learning and wellbeing take root.
This is not about grandeur, but about thoughtful investment—ensuring facilities are safe, sustainable, adaptable and aligned with the needs of the School.
This Giving Day, our focus is the renewal of Number 1 Oval, with all gifts supporting this important project.
Supporting the Building Trust is a tangible and lasting way to contribute to Trinity’s mission, ensuring that the daily experience of boys continues to be shaped in meaningful ways.
Again in 2025, there was no shortage of spirit, generosity, and community momentum on display during the TGS Foundation Giving Day, which raised almost $260,000 thanks to the incredible support of over 500 donors.
In 2024, the spirit of Giving Day remained strong, raising $278,321 once again for the Suli Niulala Memorial Scholarship Fund. With the help of 653 donors, the continued involvement of our volunteers, students, and the ever-supportive Niulala Family, this effort further cemented the legacy of generosity and community at Trinity.
In 2023, we witnessed another remarkable outpouring of support. Raising $613,708 for the Suli Niulala Memorial Scholarship Fund, we exceeded our initial goal by over $100,000. A heartfelt thank you goes to our 1,039 donors, as well as our dedicated volunteer team who made hundreds of calls, our VET Hospitality students who baked thoughtful treats for our volunteers, our Giving Day Ambassadors who recorded inspiring video messages, and the Niulala Family, whose support, time, and prayers helped make the day truly special.
In 2022, our first Giving Day set out with a goal of $250,000 to support the newly established Scholarship Trust. Thanks to the incredible generosity of more than 800 current and former families, alumni, staff, and students, we far exceeded that goal – raising $430,265 to provide life-changing scholarships for boys who may not otherwise have access to a Trinity education. It was a powerful beginning, planting a seed of support that will benefit generations to come.
